All content on this website — including text, images, photographs, graphics, game designs, rulebooks, theoretical frameworks, learning solution designs, and software — is the intellectual property of Cristian Mitreanu, operating as Ofmos Universe and OFMOS® Games and Simulations, unless otherwise noted.
The game mechanics of the OFMOS® family of games and simulations are protected by U.S. Patents US11285378 and USD833533.
OFMOS®, The Business Big Picture Game®, and Be the CEO® are registered trademarks of Cristian Mitreanu. Mushroom Gangs™, Think Big & Good Luck!™, and Bring Home the Mushrooms!™ are trademarks of Cristian Mitreanu.
The Five Business Big Pictures is an original framework developed by Cristian Mitreanu. The One-Need Theory of Behavior and the Ofmos Theory of Business are original foundational theories developed by Cristian Mitreanu. These intellectual contributions, together with all associated terminology — including but not limited to ofmos, tofmos, Ofmos Map, Hierarchical Tree of Needs, Ofmos Portfolio Alignment, Tofmos Portfolio Dispersion, and the Five Business Big Pictures — are protected by copyright and all rights are reserved.
The strategy learning solutions structured by the Five Business Big Pictures and developed around the OFMOS® family of games are proprietary educational designs by Cristian Mitreanu. Official Strategy Learning Guides are in development and will be published by Ofmos Universe.
Accessing this website does not constitute a transfer of intellectual property in any form.
2. What Is Permitted
The following uses are permitted and encouraged:
Using purchased OFMOS® products — including the game, its components, and the accompanying rulebook — for personal, educational, and professional purposes. This includes the facilitation of learning sessions, courses, workshops, seminars, coaching engagements, and training programs in academic, corporate, and independent contexts, whether free or paid. This is the intended use of the products.
Citing the foundational theories (the One-Need Theory of Behavior and the Ofmos Theory of Business), the Five Business Big Pictures framework, and other content from this website in academic papers, articles, presentations, course syllabi, and educational materials — provided that proper attribution is given to Cristian Mitreanu and a reference to ofmos.com is included.

Presenting the foundational theories, the framework, or the learning solution designs as one's own work, or using them in a way that misrepresents their origin or authorship.
Scraping, systematically downloading, or otherwise extracting content from this website.

4. Products and Availability
Products currently available through this website include OFMOS® Essential (99 Prototypes Edition). The main edition of OFMOS® Essential will be available through a crowdfunding campaign to be announced. All other titles in the OFMOS® family — including OFMOS® Classic, OFMOS® Professional, OFMOS® Academic, OFMOS® CTE, and Mushroom Gangs™ — are in development and are not available for purchase.
All sales are subject to availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
5. Returns and Refunds
The 99 Prototypes Edition of OFMOS® Essential is a limited, handcrafted product. Due to its handcrafted and limited nature, returns of undamaged products are not accepted. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Return and refund policies for the main edition of OFMOS® Essential will be published when that edition becomes available.
6. Discontinued Print & Play Demo
A Free Print & Play Demo of OFMOS® Classic was offered for a limited time during the COVID-19 pandemic as a courtesy for personal use only. This offer has been permanently discontinued. No new downloads, copies, or distributions are authorized.
No rights of any kind — including reproduction, distribution, commercial use, or derivative works — were granted beyond the limited-time personal use specified in the original terms of the offer. Users who downloaded or received Print & Play materials during the period the offer was available remain bound by the original terms, which prohibit any use, duplication, sharing of links or files, or creation of derivative works based on the demo materials. All Print & Play materials remain the intellectual property of Cristian Mitreanu.
